Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT OF ORDER

Customers are required to pay 100% on the date of ordering any Malva Fashion products.

Production process shall not start until payment of the order has been fulfilled.

Customers should retain their sales contracts, and any other receipts as proof of purchase, and be sure to have read these terms and conditions notice and fully understand its requirements.

BANK FEES

Please note that your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments. Malva Fashion does not compensate for these charges.

You can check with your bank for more information.

IMPORT TAXES, LOCAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Please note that the prices on malvatailor.com do not include local sales tax or VAT. If the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, extra fees might be applied for import taxes and custom duties upon delivery. Malva Fashion does not compensate for these charges. You can check with your local Customs Office for more information.

CANCELATION OF ORDERS

Customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 24 hours of completing payment.

Customers who cancel their sales contract after 24 hours of payment completion are not entitled to a refund of any monies already paid up to and including the cancellation date and must pay any outstanding balance that becomes due.

Please be aware that once an item is ordered minimum cancellation periods from suppliers apply to Malva Fashion and under no circumstances can this be changed.

Orders will still have to be paid for in full. If the occasion is canceled for whatever reason, costs will still be incurred to the suppliers and to Malva Fashion - regardless of any circumstance.

RETURN POLICY

All Malva Fashion  items are non-returnable/non-refundable.

SIZING

All Malva Fashion’ products are made-to-measure, including ready-to-ship items, and it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the required measurements or choose the correct size from our provided size chart.

After the sales order contact has been sent to the customer and order placed, Malva Fashion will not  accept any responsibility in respect of any changes which may occur in the Customer’s size and body shape.

ALTERATIONS

The price of any of our products includes all costs of alterations for the first time only, this does not include ready-to-ship products, ready-made clothes, and does not include shipping fees to and from Malva Fashion’ address.

Malva Fashion does not offer fitting sessions for any orders.

Please note: that if customers have a significant change in body shape or weight following the sales order being placed, it is their responsibility to inform Malva Fashion as soon as possible.

It is not our policy to take in more than one size but in some situations this can be done successfully but is solely at the customers’ own risk. Any changes in weight incurring more alteration would be chargeable at the time.

Advice taken from the alteration specialist is also taken at the customers’ own risk but they are qualified to point you in the right direction and will advise what will and won’t work then the choice is yours to make. 

The specialist cannot be held responsible for any decisions made about the alterations of any garment which are deemed unsatisfactory after any alterations are completed, if the customer requested them.

Customers are advised that if they do not require the alterations service provided in store and wish to take their garments elsewhere that they inform the store as soon as they have decided, as Malva Fashion will not be held responsible for alterations having to be done by another specialist.

Most of our garments will need alterations to ensure a perfect fit on your body. Even if you are having your own garment made-to-measure, some alterations should be expected including bust, waist, hip, hemline and other possible adjustments. Please budget accordingly. Alterations are the responsibility of the customer and we only provide free of charge alterations for the first time only.

Please note: alterations requests must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving the order, Malva Fashion has the full right to accept or refuse any alterations requests, according to the timeframe and validity of the request under any circumstances.

NON-COLLECTION OF GOODS

If customers do not collect their goods within two weeks of the delivery date then the contract will be deemed canceled without any further notification and any monies paid will not be refunded, purchased items will be put into the shop’s stock to be re-sold.

COLOR MATCHING

Malva Fashion is unable to guarantee fabric swatch matches due to fabric changes. Swatches should be regarded as indication only. This applies to all fabrics, laces, beading, and any other trimmings or embellishments.

Customers should expect light changes in fabric color especially when order is placed online.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE AND SALE

All alterations are chargeable - this does not include the first time.

Malva Fashion will not be responsible if by reason of fire, accident, strike, lockout or force majeure or any other reason beyond their control, any hired article is not available.

Monies are not refundable.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a Malva Fashion product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. In case your order is canceled by Malva Fashion, we shall issue a refund of the canceled order in full.

LIABILITY

The store will not be liable for any breaches caused by circumstances outside Malva Fashion’ control, including, but not restricted to acts of god, war, riot, terrorism, pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood or storm.

REPRODUCING GARMENTS

If we are creating a custom reproduction based on a photo you provided us, please be advised that the item might not be identical to the original. 

Our reproductions are based on the details we are able to see and replicate from the photos, as well as fabrics, beading and lace that we are able to source at the time you place your order.

If you are ordering an item produced by Malva Fashion, please be advised that the item might no be identical to the photos displayed on our pages, our reproductions depend highly on materials and fabrics availability in the market and by suppliers, therefore, fabrics and materials may change accordingly - This does not apply to fabrics and materials exclusively created by Malva Fashion.

Please note: during the process of production, and due to the large amounts of orders we produce daily, mistakes may occur, for instance, wrong color choices, wrong adjustments and alterations, ..etc, if such and/or similar mistakes occur, Malva Fashion can provide vouchers with the half or full amount of order as a compensation specified by the head manager,vouchers can only be used at Malva Fashion and valid for six months only. Malva Fashion also offers to fix any mistakes occurring during the production process but does not offer any money refunds under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of our production process, customers should expect similar incidents of the following: 

Customers should expect the fall of glitters, beads, feathers, threads as it is a nature of such fabrics and cannot be controlled under any circumstances, Please contact us if you have any additional questions about this policy.

Customers should expect the fall of beads and beading materials as such incidents might occur during the delivery process.

Extra threads and uneven tulle hems do not define the tailoring quality, such incidents are normal in the process of reproduction of garments and can be easily adjusted by the customers themself.

If the customer’s body measurements are different than the original garment size in the original pictures displayed, then the customer should expect changes in the final appearance of the garment, please be advised that garments look different on mannequins than human bodies, and look different under lights and shadows.

Our garments are not mass produced. All Malva Fashion garments are individually custom made by hand when the order is placed.Due to the custom nature of our work, slight modifications in design may take place at times, lace patterns included. We can not guarantee lace patterns as these patterns change seasonally. Please contact us if you have additional questions about this policy.

CUSTOM CHANGES

When requesting custom modifications to our garments, please understand that incorporating your requests will be at the sole discretion of our head designer. 

You may discuss your design vision, however, it is a vision only and may or may not work during production. If our head designer feels that during production, the changes may not be functional or aesthetically appealing, we reserve the right to make any modifications to the design for optimal look and fit.

TIMEFRAME

Kindly expect your custom orders to be shipped within 25 business days from payment date - this does not include Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Please expect your ready-to-ship orders to be shipped within 7-10 business days from payment date - this does not include Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Due to the complications we might face during the production process of any order as a nature of this type of service, Malva Fashion is not responsible for any delays occurring during the production process, Malva Fashion does not guarantee the completion of the production process during any timeframe specified by the customer under any circumstances.

Please note: if any of our representatives advises you with a specific timeframe for your desired order, Malva Fashion promises to fulfill the timeframe specified by any of our representatives, however, customers should consider the circumstances explained above..

Kindly note: monies are not refundable under any circumstances.

DELIVERY

Kindly note: Malva Fashion reserves the right to choose or change the shipping courier provider according to availability.

Malva Fashion is not responsible for any damages that might occur during the shipping process, once the order leaves our warehouses we are no longer responsible neither for the delivery of the order, nor for any damages that might occur.

Please be advised that not all orders are trackable and only tracked orders will have a tracking number that can be submitted to the customer, Please contact us before placing your order if you have any additional questions about this policy.

Please be advised that tracked orders will take us 2-3 business days to provide the customer with the tracking number, it might also take additional 2-3 business days for the shipment details to enter the courier provider’s official website and be visible for customers to access, kindly note that these rules are specified by the shipping provided not by Malva Fashion.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track and monitor their shipment status in case they reserve a tracked order, it is also the customer’s responsibility to stay in contact with the shipping provider to arrange pick-ups / deliveries to their addresses.

Please be advised that the shipper location might change by Malva Fashion without the need to return to the customer.

Kindly note: Malva Fashion reserves the right to ship your order without the need to return to you before the package is sent for shipping.

AGREEMENT

Please be advised, that any agreements that take place between Malva Fashion and the customer outside of this official agreement shall not be considered valid and can only be  achieved if our team is capable of, rest assured that our team will do their best to fulfill the requirements of your order.

Due to the nature of placing orders online and from a distance, customers are fully responsible to read, understand, and agree on all terms and conditions stated in this agreement.

You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in these terms. This copy of our terms and conditions has been sent to the customer prior to the completion of payment, therefore, by completing the payment of your order, you are bound to these terms and you indicate your continued acceptance of these terms.

Please note: Our policies are set to protect Malva Fashion business under any circumstances, they are also set to provide transparent and honest details for the customer to understand and agree to before completing payment. Our policies are not set to mislead the customers or cause them any harm, our team is committed to providing our customers with the best experience.
